On Saturday, March 21st Ox & Tiger presents their Japanese x Filipino Kamayan featuring flavors that are pushing the boundaries of umami.
Chefs EJ Macayan and Hitomi Wada share their love story with us through food. From nasu katsu “kare-kare” to Ginataang Ebi (shown above), delve into Japanese and Filipino fusion cuisine unlike any you’ve had before.
