The Vietnamese x Filipino Kamayan Spread.
Photos by Mogli Maureal
On Friday, March 20th enjoy a massive 17 dish kamayan feast from Barya Kitchen and An Choi that’s redefining Filipino and Vietnamese classics.
Barya Kitchen is a Filipino food pop-up started by Rod Reyes who’s remixing classic dishes with a modern touch to tell the stories of his heritage.
An Choi, started by AMP, is a playful and innovative interpretation of Vietnamese cuisine grounded in her cultural roots.
This is no ordinary dinner. You’ll be eating in Kamayan style where the food is placed on a bed of banana leaves and diners eat with their hands communally.
