Our windows are adored with beautiful graphics of Filipino heroes/sheros by Mel Vera Cruz. For the next year, we’re inviting artists & creators of all disciplines to you use our studio space to create new pieces of art & content to be presented in the cultural district.
In 2025, Balay Kreative Studios will transform into Republika a small business incubator that will also host an art gallery for Balay Kreative.

Studio SpaceS
Balay Kreative is offering temporary studio spaces in the heart of SOMA Pilipinas at 863 Mission Street. Occupancy is available through Fall 2024.
$250 per month for art studio space
** 4 spaces available starting March 1

Attend to workshops for free
70% ticket sales when hosting a workshop
Amenities:
Streaming/Recording equipment is available for podcasts, demos, dj set, etc
Balay Kreative will provide one staff member
The space can hold up to 15 attendees for workshops, meetings, rehearsals & events
Artists are required to provide their own art materials and art supplies
We’re inviting artists & creators of all disciplines to use our studio space to create new pieces of art & content to be presented in the cultural district. Qualifications are required for artists and creatives to rent space.
