From the mind of Yana Gilbuena of Salo Series comes the Galleon Trade Menu, a tasting series for baysia on Wednesday, March 25th featuring re-imagined interpretations of chicken adobo and more inspired by the trade routes between the Philippines, Mexico, and Spain.
Through this historic lens, Yana explores the confluence of flavors that merged to create an explosion of flavor that captivates taste-makers and chefs today.
