The components to this dish are:

-Marinating pork

-Making Sauce

-Breading/Frying Pork Tonkatsu

Pork Marinade:

-1 lb Pork Loin Cut into 3in strips

-3 Cloves Garlic

-3pcs whole Black peppercorn

-1 cup water

-1/4 cup cooking sake

- 3T Secret Ingredient

Coconut Sauce:

- 1 T coconut oil. any other oil may work

-1 Can Coconut Milk

-1 yellow onion chopped finely

-3 Jalapenos 2 chopped finely - 1 kept whole

-3 Fresno Chilis 2 chopped finely - 1 kept whole

-3 Thai Chili 2 chopped finely - 1 kept whole

-5 Cloves Garlic - chopped finely

Tonkatsu Pork:

- 1 cup Panko Bread

- Marinated Pork

-Oil for frying

Sides + Garnish

- Thinly Sliced Cabbage
- 1 Lemon Wedge
